Brent David Long

Brent David Long, 32, died June 26, 2003 in a motorcycle accident.

He was born April 30, 1971 in Akron, Ohio, where he lived most of his life. He graduated from Ellet High School in 1989 and be came a certified diesel mechanic through Northwestern Institute in Lima, Ohio. Brent was co-owner of B&M Siding.

He went to meet his grandfathers, Cloyd Rogers and French Long. He will be deeply missed by his parents, Jack and Margaret Long; grandmothers, Martha Long and Anne Rogers; siblings, Jackie and Eric Long; many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends, too numerous to mention.

"How do we say with words what can only be felt in our hearts? How do we explain the hole in our lives this kind, generous, thoughtful, wonderful person will leave behind? Brent has gone to a better place, but left us here without our strong, dependable light."

Family and friends may call Monday from 4 to 9 p.m. at NEWCOMER-FARLEY FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral serv ices will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m., with Rev. Scott Campbell officiat ing. Interment at Northlawn Memorial Gardens. (NEWCOMER-FARLEY, 330-784-3334.)
